    [b:8c5082dff8]Citizenship Day
Songs with US Cities or States in the title.
Thanks to Dave S, Andrew and Jim H for some of the tunes.
Many of these songs received multiple requests.
If the playlist seems short….it is. I had two great students who were training for the last hour.[/b:8c5082dff8]

[b:8c5082dff8]Oh, it was a strange one indeed! I copped out a bit by offering an easy topic and
was deluged with great suggestions. I even got to many of them.
And it was all done in two hours as I had two student trainees
who asked if they could do my third hour.

Next week will offer a challenge: It’s Punctuation Day.
Now the semi-colon is my personal favorite, but I cannot see how I can incorporate that
into songs, so instead, I will do parentheses, songs whose titles contain parentheses
like (I Can’t Get No) SATISFACTION or Bruce’s FOURTH OF JULY, ASBURY PARK (Sandy).

Plus tributes to Cokie Roberts, John Cohen, Ric Ocasek, Eddie Money, Daniel Johnston and more.[/b:8c5082dff8]
